We can’t give exact estimates over the phone. Except for some of our lawn services, we need to visit the site to get a sense of the factors that will impact our costs.
Knowing your budget is important to us because there are a wide array of products and services all of which range in price. Telling us your budget isn’t a requirement but it helps us find the most realistic options for your project.
We prefer to be paid via Interac email transfer or wire transfer. We also accept cheques but do charge a $75 processing fee. Currently, we do not accept credit cards. There is no discount for landscaping paid for in cash.
We work hard to ensure that you receive the best possible price for your landscaping services and review our costs regularly to ensure we can offer affordable service. Our estimates are non-negotiable.
You can see the product that we’re going to install by scheduling a meeting with our staff at one of our trusted landscape suppliers.
For all patios, retaining walls, fire pits and other hardscaping projects we offer a three-year warranty. We cannot warranty softscaping projects such as sod, plant installations or mulch. We can only offer a warranty if your account is current.
For projects with estimates over $500, we require a 50% deposit so that we can process purchase orders and deliver products or equipment. It also reserves your spot in our schedule on a first come first served basis. This deposit is non-refundable.
As long as we have access to the site you don’t need to be home for us to complete your landscaping.
For smaller landscaping projects you can expect us to arrive sometime on the day of your booking as we often schedule several properties for the same day. For larger projects, we’ll book a series of days during which you can expect 8-12 hours of activity on your site per day. We will follow up directly with you if weather or unexpected events have us running behind.
